We recently completed a full exterior and partial interior renovation on our home using Trademark, including new roof, windows, siding, driveway, hardwood and built in entertainment centre. We had an excellent experience. The job was completed on time and under budget and to a very high standard. The people involved both at Trademark and the subcontractors they employed were professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. We were kept up to date on what was happening and received regular spreadsheets from Marc (our project manager) detailing the costs to date as compared to budget. When I called Trademark, they had someone out to do an estimate that week. Obviously, I called a few other companies to do estimates as well, and a few of their estimates were a bit lower and a few were a bit higher. To be honest, I just felt like Trademark seemed the most professional and the most up front with everything. The kitchen ended up getting done on time, and on budget. The guys on site were polite and professional, and Blair and Mark kept us informed as to the progress as the job continued. I really couldn't be happier about how things went with Trademark. BRAVO! No other single word best describes the work of art in which my wife and I now live. Nancy and her team of subcontractors are not only highly skilled in their respective trades, but also creative and visionary in terms of the possibilities that a room or a suite presents. All of this unfolded within the confines of a reasonable budget. We think what really made this a successful result were the interpersonal relationships between us, Blair, Nancy and the Trademark team. Everything was upfront, so there were no surprises. They got to know our "tastes" (and our budget) and happily worked within those confines. It has been our pleasure to have met them and to have worked with Trademark.
